Breakin’ Escape Rooms is by far one of the best options in north London.
Located on Holloway road alongside Hope Church Islington, this bustling monstrosity can host six people groups in its cove, making it the perfect choice for families.
Breakin’ Escape Rooms is more of a fantasy escape land, where you have the option of fighting pirates, becoming wizards, or even a butcher.
You’ll need to be at least 16 years old to get in unaccompanied, though.
For those who can’t join in the fun, Bird Islington, located a few steps down, makes up for any loss of family time.
Stuff yourself with fried chicken and waffles and go crazy on their powdery Cinnamon Doffles.

Work through their frightening Lost Passenger room and see who can make It out without attempting to back out and head for the door.
Remember mind over matter for this escape room, because the hidden spooks in the shadows will be enough to send your nerves into overdrive.
Los Pollos, a few doors down, can jolt you back to life, though.
And their flavoured milkshakes are enough to help you regain composure.
Friends until the end, right? Keep that same energy when heading to Enigma Quests in Moorgate.
If you were looking for a challenge, you’ve found one!
And filled with three 60-minute quest adventures at £90 for a three-person team, It’ll be a battle of wits that sees you through to the end, though.

Junkyard Escape Room is the best for celebrating anniversaries or promotions.
Best you go during the weekdays, as the price for a single ticket starts at £45 and goes up by £10 on Fridays.
Junkyard Escape Room has only one room; however, it has enough space to fall over with laughter as you try to figure out the madness.
Suitable for medium-sized groups with five people or less, the venue has more than enough entertainment to make the trip worthwhile.
We couldn’t leave out The Grid in Southwark.
Excellent for applauding any major event, The Grid escape room is touted as one of the best in the area; however, this is not your ordinary escape room.
For £29.99 per person, you can challenge yourself to 90 minutes of non-stop action as you battle your way through the AI laboratories as an undercover agent.
Taking down the machines is the primary objective, but take turns whipping up cocktails while you journey through.
The Grid is a good option for large groups of up to eight people and is by far one of the best escape rooms London has to offer.
