MC London’s original comedy club for new parents at the Underbelly Festival features one hour of entertainment for the parents – not the babies.
Parents aren’t the target demographic at ‘Rhyme Time’ or ‘Burps and Giggles’ and this gig aims to make new parents feel human again - to remember what it felt like to be a grown-up and to laugh. The comedians don’t care about your baby’s naptimes, which brand of nappy leaks or gives baby a rash. They don’t care if you’re doing attachment, detachment or catchment parenting - they just want to make you laugh.
With kid friendly extras like baby change facilities, and a play area for little wrigglers, it’s a relaxed performance space so you’re free to get up and move around.
Comedians perform their adult material; this is the only comedy gig suitable for under 13 months!
