Where’s My Igloo Gone? is an interactive show for children 5+ and their families, where everyone gets involved. It’s a hopeful tale, with original sound and music, about caring for our world and for each other. The show’s visual style also makes it accessible to d/Deaf and hard of hearing audiences (without the need for a signer or captions) as well as non-English speakers.
In a dazzling, icy world of soaring snow geese and starry nights, the show tells the story of a girl called Oolik, who discovers one day that her igloo home is melting, and so goes off on an adventure to find help. On her way, she meets some exciting friends – including the audience!
There are Relaxed Performances which are open to all, but are specifically designed to welcome those who would benefit, for whatever reason, from a more relaxed environment, such as people with sensory and communication disorders, a learning disability or autism spectrum condition.
You can also play the super-sized Climate Change puzzle that uses facts and figures about how the world is changing to create a fun, learning experience for all involved before and after the show.
Tickets from £7.
