The Colourscape Music Festival is the only music festival to take place actually within a sculpture of pure colour and light.
Colourscape is a large labyrinth of colour and light. You get to put on coloured capes and enter a new world to explore the potentials of light, colour and space - described as "like being wrapped in a rainbow!".
Within this maze of colour musicians and dancers may be found anywhere. Sometimes within open cathedral-like spaces, sometimes leading the public on a journey of music and colour through a one-acre labyrinth of nearly 100 interlinked chambers.
Explore for a while and you discover long views of intense colour. Move forwards and another opens up - and another.
The festival site is on Clapham Common near the Windmill pub. Nearest access Rookery Road.
