Somerset House is hosting a landmark exhibition looking at our inability to switch off from our 24/7 culture.

A series of immersive works explore the causes, consequences and some playfully suggest solutions to unplug and unwind, including one where you can opt to be completely shrouded in a copper blanket, which blocks electro-magnetic signals.
