As a new parent, it can be hard to find the time or inclination to exercise so we’ve rounded up the best mum and baby exercise classes in London.
Did you know there are wellness centres and gyms that welcome little ones too? A class where you could see your little bundle of joy and stop if he or she needed you?

This centre offers a wide range of activities for babies, toddlers, teens and adults alike, from street dance classes to triathlon training.
Kids age six years old and under will enjoy the soft play area and if parents want to use the facilities or visit the spa, the crèche accepts under 5’s for up to two hours.
