London Family Scavenger Hunt with The Science Museum
To celebrate the launch of the new Statoil Gallery at the Science Museum, you can take part in a fabulous London family scavenger hunt.
To celebrate the opening, energy provider and sponsor Statoil is running a scavenger hunt for families located in London.
As the school holidays are (finally) drawing to a close and we’re running out of ideas on how to keep the smalls entertained, families looking to take part simply visit the Statoil webpage to download a free app to your smartphone and watch the story unfold with Wondroid in any one of the three Statoil based locations. From there you are tasked with helping Statoil’s robot find his missing robot parts.
To help the robot, you need to visit three scientifically significant landmarks in London. On completing the modern day scavenger hunt, families are entered into prize draw where they can win preview tickets to see the highly anticipated Wonderlab Gallery before anyone else. The competition closes on Monday 19th September and winners are announced on Friday 23rd September 2016.
Unlike any exhibition of its kind, Wonderlab: The Statoil Gallery is dedicated to STEM learning, a curriculum designed to effortlessly integrate four disciplines; Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. Built on the belief that the future will be shaped through innovation and curiosity, Wonderlab: The Statoil Gallery is a fabulous space to help encourage engagement and show the exciting possibilities offered by STEM.
Entry to the Science Museum is free.
Admission prices to the Statoil Gallery:
Day Pass: £8 adult, £6 child, £22.50 family | Annual Pass: £14 adult, £10 child, £39 family
